Millions of calendars of every shape and size are now Wire-OŽ bound
throughout the world. Most incorporate the convenient James Burn hanger in the
thumbcut.
Hangers are used to support calendars and wallcharts.
They are offered in several standardised sizes, the most popular being
the No. 3 size. All hangers can be supplied loose or on reels at the standard
lengths specified below.
The
longer types are used to support a binding without the need to add a stiff
backboard and are available in a choice of colours to match the binding wire
being used.
Long hangers for manual insertion should always be as near as possible to
the overall width of the calendar.
The
standard types of the hangers depend from the shape (depth & width) of the
thumbcut being used.
